Well let me be the first to enter your newest giveaway! I had a stoneware covered baker that I got rid of because it was so very heavy. But I love the looks of this one.
My favorite way to season a roast chicken… hmm… I’d have to say garlic and pepper. I just love any kind of “blackened” flavor. Mostly with salmon, and while I won’t blacken an entire chicken I would season it with the pepper and garlic.
Or lemon and pepper.
Or olive oil and crushed tomato…
Do I have to pick just one?
And I posted the giveaway on my Facebook page for you: https://www.facebook.com/RealMojo68.
Gorgeous roaster and great giveaway! My all-time favorite would probably be how I learned to bake a chicken way back when I was a little girl, with fresh ground pepper, salt, paprika (the real Hungarian paprika), and lots of butter. Yum!
we use Italian dressing as a marinade
we also like and use lemonpepper
thanks and Happy Holidays
My favorite season on a roasted chicken is simply lemon and pepper, I love anything with lemon
oven, with lemon and sat and pepper
