In order to enter this giveaway, all you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me which holiday recipe you would use this blender to create. I will use random number drawing to select the winner on Thursday, November 10, 2011 around 10 am Central Time.
So please have your comments posted by 9 am Central Time on November 10, 2011.
Another note about the comments: I will only count original comments, not replies to comments, when I am determining the winner of this drawing. Make sure you leave your email address so I am able to contact you for shipping ( your email address will not be made public or given out for any purpose.)
Update November 10, 2011: The winner of this KitchenAid Blender is comment #8 Molly Jo!
Thanks to everyone who entered this drawing. I loved reading what you would use this blender to create. I personally own one of these KitchenAid blenders and I love it. And Molly Jo, I will be contacting you today to get your shipping address and hopefully you will have your blender in time for Thanksgiving meal preparations!
FCC Note: This giveaway and the cost of shipping is sponsored and paid for by myself. It is not sponsored or paid for in any way by KitchenAid or Cooking.com

I am thing some fancy adult drinks may be in order. That is a beautiful blender. Thanks for the fab giveaway!
I’ve been really in the mood to make a pumpkin soup recently–I’d use this blender to make a batch of that!
Wow! I was thinking about a giveaway on my blog as well but not as extravagant as yours! Kudos to you my dear.
Well the first thing I would make is a wonderful margarita for my lovely husband and I. Then I might see how well it would concoct a nice salsa?
Giveaway or no giveaway I will be visiting your blog quite frequently.

I have an AMAZING cheesecake recipe that is blended in the blender. I make it every year for Christmas dinner desert for my Dad!
I haven’t had a working blender for so long, I’ve forgotten what I can do with such a thing. So, I can’t answer your question except to say: “WHATEVER THE HECK I CAN!!!” with a smile on my face.
I’d love to see how this baby handles nut butters and vegan cheeses. Yes, we CAN all eat at the same Holiday table! xoxo
It’s been a while since I’ve had a blender also!
Christmas tradition on my husband’s side is to serve pasole which is a hominy/pork soup. On the side we serve homemade chili, made from boiling dried red chili pods till they are soft, and then blending them.
I’d love to win, but I doubt I will…I never win anything! Thanks for the giveaway
I made Split Pea Soup last weekend and my son who is in culunary school asked me if I was going to blend the soup like they do at his school. I said “no”. I don’t own a blender. So it would make my son the culunary student happy if I had one.
Thank you.
It would be perfect for all the Holiday purees I want to make! Not to mention some delicious smoothies!
my blender is broken-love to make chocolate and /or strawberry milkshakes yummy

Thank you SO MUCH. =) I just promised my Daughter a Pumpkin/Eggnog Milkshake.
